1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ProMaster platform (promaster.day), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Description of Service
ProMaster is a SaaS platform for beauty and service professionals that allows you to create a personal online booking page, manage your schedule, and maintain a client base.
3. Subscription, Payment and Merchant of Record
Access to the platform is provided by subscription at 250 MDL per month. Our order process, subscription billing and refund handling are conducted by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. Polar is responsible for processing all payments, managing the subscription lifecycle, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring tax compliance (VAT/GST/sales tax) where applicable. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Service available at polar.sh/legal/terms. Payment is charged automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time in account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information during registration, not to use the platform for illegal purposes, not to violate the rights of other users, and not to attempt unauthorized access to the system.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the ProMaster platform, including code, design, and content, belong to the developers. You retain all rights to the data you enter into the system.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
